What You’ll Lead

As the onsite owner of daily operations, your responsibilities include:

• Managing all onsite staffing activities and serving as the primary client liaison

• Driving recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce planning strategies

• Supporting attendance, performance, engagement, and retention initiatives

• Delivering orientations, training, and daily operational communication

• Ensuring full compliance with safety, GMP, and client-specific requirements

• Managing timekeeping, resolving payroll issues, and distributing weekly checks

• Maintaining strong, proactive relationships with client leadership

• Collaborating with the branch to ensure staffing levels and service delivery goals are met

• Representing Diverse Staffing with professionalism, urgency, and accountability

You’ll operate as the trusted onsite leader; the person the client relies on to keep operations running smoothly.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of proven experience as an Onsite Manager or Onsite Recruiter in a staffing agency

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in human resources, business, or marketing), or two or more years of progressive recruiting experience in a staffing agency, along with a High School Diploma or GED

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required)

• Strong client-facing communication and relationship‑building skills

• Confidence managing high-volume staffing environments

• The ability to anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and maintain composure under pressure

• Solid understanding of timekeeping, onboarding, and associate relations

• Tech‑savvy with basic computer and reporting skills

• Ability to support operations beyond standard hours when needed

Compensation & Schedule

• Up to $75,000 base salary
