What You’ll Be Doing

As a General Laborer, you’ll support the production of concrete structures used in commercial construction projects. Daily tasks include:

• Assisting with setting forms and pouring concrete

• Placing steel plates, assemblies, and wire mesh

• Raking, leveling, and finishing wet concrete

• Measuring and cutting materials using a tape measure

• Working alongside a team to safely move and prepare materials

What We’re Looking For

• General construction or labor experience preferred

• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs. regularly

• Comfortable with bending, stretching, and physical work throughout the shift

• Basic math and measurement skills

• Ability to follow safety guidelines in an industrial environment

• Steel-toed boots required

Work Environment

• Full-time, year-round position

• Work performed in an industrial setting and in varied weather conditions

• Some weekend work may be required

• Work around large concrete panels and heavy-duty materials
