What You’ll Do

Oversee and manage all on-site staffing operations in Norcross, Georgia.

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and craft tailored staffing solutions.

Lead a team of staffing professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and growth.

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance recruitment processes, ensuring the highest standards of performance and client satisfaction.

Utilize data analytics to track team performance, optimize hiring processes, and drive continuous improvement.

Build strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact and a trusted advisor for all staffing-related matters.

Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and client requirements. 

Who You Are

A seasoned staffing professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.

Must be fluent in both Spanish and English, preferred.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong client relationships. 

A strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in managing multiple on-site locations.

Proficient in the latest staffing technologies and data-driven decision-making.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.

Adept at leading, mentoring, and inspiring teams to achieve their full potential.
