Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Food Production Associates to support the manufacturing of traditional Indian bread (roti). This role involves working in a fast-paced food production environment, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and production of roti according to company standards
Operate basic food production machinery and equipment
Monitor product quality to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications
Package finished products for distribution
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety standards
Follow all safety, hygiene, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
Support team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
Requirements
Previous experience in food production or manufacturing preferred (not required)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable attendance and punctuality required
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Work Environment
Food production facility (may be warm due to cooking equipment)
Exposure to flour and food ingredients
PPE may be required (hair net, gloves, etc.)
