Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:

Position Summary
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment in a food manufacturing environment. This role ensures efficient production while maintaining product quality, safety, and compliance with food industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor food production machinery according to established procedures
• Set up equipment, including calibrating settings for specific production runs
• Inspect products during production to ensure quality and consistency standards are met
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting
• Report mechanical issues and coordinate with maintenance as needed
• Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and waste
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to meet regulatory standards
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished products
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in manufacturing or food production is a plus
• Ability to operate machinery safely and follow detailed instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working around machinery and in varying temperatures
• Frequent bending, lifting, and repetitive movements

• Food production facility with exposure to noise, moving machinery, and food ingredients
• Requires adherence to strict hygiene, safety, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) standards
