Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:

• Process accounts payable invoices with purchase orders

• Review and verify non-purchase order items before processing

• Maintain and file invoices for accurate recordkeeping

• Prepare weekly check runs and cash disbursements

• Work with purchasing to gather pack slips and order documentation

• Process employee expense reports and reconcile receipts

• Assist with journal entries and account reconciliations

• Analyze cost data and support reporting activities

• Use Excel and ERP systems to extract and review financial

This Job Requires:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or related coursework)

• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or purchasing environment

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (including formulas and data analysis)

• Ability to analyze financial data and maintain accuracy

• Experience working with accounting or ERP systems preferred

• Comfortable sitting and working at a computer for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
