Your Day-to-Day Tasks as a Production Line Lead will be:

Production Line:

Support daily production line operations.

Monitor production progress to ensure production targets are met.

Assist with coordinating workflow and production activities.

Team Leadership:

Lead and support production line workers.

Assign tasks and ensure production standards are met.

Training new production associates.

Quality and Safety:

Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control protocols.

The Production Line Lead Job Requires:

Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing environment

Minimum 2 years experience as a production line worker

Bilingual (Spanish/English) required

Proficient in the use of measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Punctual and ready to work.

Perform basic reading, writing, and math

Lift up to 25 pounds

Walk, stand, and / or sit for an entire shift

Grasp, grip, reach, pull, push, bend, squat, kneel, or balance

Work well with others in a team environment

Arrive at work on time
