Diverse Staffing is partnering with a leading manufacturing facility in Homer, MI to hire Production Operators for the finishing line. This is a stable, full-time opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and take pride in producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 

As a Production Operator – Finish Line, you will be responsible for:

• Producing parts to required specifications and quality standards

• Meeting daily production and scrap goals

• Inspecting, grinding, and packing finished parts

• Maintaining quality records and completing required documentation

• Performing basic processes and preventive maintenance troubleshooting

• Communicating effectively during shift handoffs

This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates who enjoy working with machinery and being part of a team.
