This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is energetic, organized, and passionate about building relationships, while helping people get to work every day.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates to ensure staffing needs are met

• Support attendance, performance, engagement, and associate retention

• Partner closely with branch leadership to keep positions filled and address issues quickly

• Conduct orientations, safety talks, and daily employee check-ins

• Track hours, prepare reports, and assist with payroll questions

• Create and maintain a positive, welcoming, and professional work environment

• Support multiple client locations as business needs require

What You Need to Qualify

• High school diploma or GED

• Experience in staffing, HR, and recruiting

• Strong communication skills with a professional, positive attitude

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Availability to work in-office Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but comfortable working early mornings.

• Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, reports)

• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish), preferred
