Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:

Supervise and lead a team of production associates on the manufacturing floor
Ensure daily production goals are met in a timely and efficient manner
Monitor product quality and enforce food safety and GMP standards
Train, coach, and develop employees to improve performance and retention
Serve as the primary point of communication between management and production staff (English/Spanish)
Coordinate staffing levels, schedules, and workflow to meet production demands
Identify and resolve operational issues quickly to minimize downtime
Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and attendance standards
Maintain accurate production reports and documentation
Requirements
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Previous supervisory experience in food production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of GMP, food safety, and production processes preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Basic computer skills for reporting and tracking production
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a production environment
Work Environment
Food production facility (warm environment due to cooking equipment)
Exposure to flour and food ingredients
Required use of PPE (hair nets, gloves, etc.)
