Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:
Supports warehouse, logistics, and supply chain operations.

The position manages administrative duties, shipment documentation, inventory, and compliance with Quality Management Systems

Administrative & System Management: Process shipping/receiving documentation, accurately enter data into Warehouse Management Systems, and maintain inbound/outbound schedules.

Quality Control: Monitor material flows, identify/coordinate non-conformance events, and implement process improvements.

Communication: Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, cross-dock teams, and drivers to resolve freight issues and track shipment metrics.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to both company Quality Management Systems policies and facility safety standards.

This Job Requires:
Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).

Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or customer service is typically preferred.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Prior warehouse experience preferred.

Experience with basic computer systems and scan guns.

Comfortable operating or learning warehouse equipment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Team-oriented and dependable.

Can lift up to 50 pounds.

Comfortable standing or moving for the full shift.

Punctual and ready to work.

Work Environment

Fast-paced warehouse environment.

Frequent interaction with warehouse team members and supervisors.

Requires physical movement including standing, walking, lifting, and material handling.
